$100 for NEAR Members | $125 for Non-Members


The Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification course gives you the knowledge base and skills needed to successfully complete a comparative marketing analysis (CMA) and to clearly communicate it to your client(s). It is specifically designed to help residential real estate agents and brokers:

  • employ best practices for pricing residential properties
  • create and present comparative marketing analyses (CMAs)
  • explain pricing recommendations
  • work with appraisers and review an appraisal report
  • keep up to date with market developments
  • guide clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values

This course is the main requirement for the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification and is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation. This course offers 4 Massachusetts CE credits that include: The Appraisal Process (RE26RC20) and CMA (RE62RC10). 

Please note, to receive CE Credit and credit through NAR for the accreditation, you must attend the full length of the course while visibly on camera. Additionally, there are no refunds after July 7th

According to MA Licensing Regulations, you must be present for the entire class to earn credit. Please log into the webinar early to ensure you are able to get in. NEAR recommends all attendees participate in the class on a computer or tablet, not a cell phone, to ensure an uninterrupted signal for the full time required to get credit. This is an interactive class and your video must be on for the entire class.

Cancellation policy: You will receive a full refund if you cancel by June 30th. A $20 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made by July 7th. No refunds will be issued starting July 10th.
