Updated REALTOR® Dues Payment Plan (3 Payments)

Northeast Association of REALTORS® (NEAR) is pleased to introduce an updated payment plan option for your 2026 REALTOR® membership dues, designed to make renewing your membership more flexible and convenient.

2026 REALTOR® Membership Dues

- $290 Local Association (NEAR) Dues

- $191 Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Dues & MAR Private Property Protection Fund

- $201 National Association of REALTORS® Dues & Consumer Advertising Campaign

- $25 Massachusetts Real Estate Community Alliance (MRECA)* — Voluntary investment

 $682 Total 2026 REALTOR® Membership ($707 Total with voluntary investment)

Payments will be divided into three equal installments of $227.25, based on your total dues selection (not including the voluntary MRECA contribution).

If you choose to make an additional voluntary donation to MRECA, that amount will be included in your first payment only, for a total of $252.25 for the initial payment.

A $40 non-refundable administrative fee is due at the time of enrollment for the plan. This fee is not applied toward your dues balance and covers administrative costs associated with managing the installment schedule.

2026 REALTOR® Dues Renewal Payment Plan Schedule

Payments will be automatically processed on either the 1st or the 15th of the month (or the next business day if those dates fall on a weekend or holiday). If you enroll after the 15th of the month, your first payment will process on the 1st of the following month. 

If a payment is declined, it will automatically be reprocessed on the next scheduled date (1st or 15th). After three declined payment attempts, you will be removed from the payment plan, and the remaining balance will become immediately due.

I agree to enroll and participate in the 2026 NEAR REALTOR® Dues Payment Plan as outlined above. I authorize the Northeast Association of REALTORS® (NEAR) to automatically charge my credit or debit card account for each scheduled installment on or about the 1st or 15th of each month, in accordance with the payment schedule described in this agreement.

I understand and accept that the Terms & Conditions are as follows:

- The $40 processing fee is due at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable.

- I am responsible for ensuring that my payment method remains valid and up to date.

- Dues payments are non-refundable, either in whole or in part, after December 31, 2025.

- My membership privileges will remain active only if all scheduled payments are successfully processed.

- After three declined payment attempts, I will be removed from the payment plan, and the remaining balance will become due.
