By checking the box above, I agree to and have read the rules and qualifications for Rookie of the Year and Rookie Honor Society below.
Rookie status is applicable to an agent’s first full 12-month calendar year (beginning January 1 the year following their license date), therefore, January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 is their first full year for award consideration at the 2024 Recognition Gala.
Example:
Mary became licensed in March 2022. Her first full 12-month year is January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and she is eligible for Rookie status award consideration at the 2024 Gala.
The Rookie Honor Society will be comprised of and recognize the Top 10 Rookies in the two categories of achievement in Units and Volume.
Of these ten agents, one will be honored with Rookie of the Year for Total Volume and another for Rookie of the Year for Total Units. One person may be eligible to receive both awards.
Production
When reviewing and submitting your sales and rental numbers, remember to include: MLS, non-MLS, New Hampshire, and any other state(s) you did business in. The production time is for the year beginning January 1, 2023 and ending December 31, 2023. (Note: rentals will be counted 3:1 for sales units/sides and 1:1 for sales volume. Please put your total numbers for each, we will calculate the rentals for you.)
