MLS PIN/Pinergy Data Upload *

How to access your Market Share report in MLS PIN’s Pinergy system:

• Sign in to Pinergy
• Select “Tools.”
• In Tools, select “Market Reports.”
• In Market Reports, click on “New Report.”
• At the top left, in the Report Type dropdown menu, select “Market Share - My Market Share.”
• Under Property Type, select ONLY Single Family, Condominium, Multi Family, Land, and Mobile Home (no commercials or business opportunities) – Hold the CTRL key down and click to select each Property Type. Rentals should be pulled separately.
• Next to Display Search Criteria, select “Yes.”
• From the Time Frame dropdown menu, select “Choose a Time Frame.” Once selected, set Start Date to 01/01/2023 and End Date to 12/31/2023.
• Click the Search Now button.
• A message will pop up indicating that “You have selected NO TOWNS, COVERAGE AREAS or REGIONS ..." Click “OK.”
• PRINT THIS PAGE by clicking "Print this page" at the top of the page
• Click on the blue number under Total Units $ Vol*.
• To submit this with your entry, SELECT THE ONE-LINE VIEW (showing MLS #, Status, Address, Description, DOM, List Price, and Sale Price), and select the option for "Office/Agent Info" to include List Office, List Agent, Sale Office and Sale Agent as well. Do not submit photo summary pages.
• PRINT THIS PAGE by clicking on the Email/Print/PDF icon at the top of the page (not the blue Print button), deselecting "Include Map" (if it's selected), and then selecting "Print Page."
