9:00 am: Anti Trust (MA: RE11RC07/NH: E1525)  The student will learn the history of Anti-Trust laws from the 1800’s to today. They will be taught what not to say and how to stay out of serious trouble with the law. They will learn about boycotting, price fixing, tying. They will also learn how easy it is to be liable under Anti-trust law and how to avoid serious penalties.

11:15 am: Real Estate Advertising Compliance & the Law (MA: RE41R05/NH: E1793) Students will understand exactly what happens once a landlord agrees to take on a tenant. Bookkeeping requirements and security deposit specifics are among the topics covered in this must-see lecture. The difference between a “tenant at will” contract, along with eviction process basics, are also discussed.

1:30 pm: Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) & Procuring Cause (MA: RE54R06/NH: E2359) Students will learn how to maneuver the world of client and customer complaint issues, as well as issues that arise between agents.  Topics covered are: mediation and arbitration, Neutral Evaluation, Procuring Cause, REALTOR® Ombudsmen Program and more...
