Offers (MA: RE35RC03/NH: E2273) The offer is the 1st potential contract in all transactions and can be binding upon all parties and must not be taken lightly. Learn valuable information about the seriousness of making offers. This class will educate attendees on how to protect themselves as well as their clients and customers. This is a must-see class for all real estate agents. 

Purchase & Sales (MA:RE89R14/NH E2196) The students will learn how to better understand the terms and clauses contained within a purchase and sales contract. We discuss the many contingency clauses typically and atypically found in a purchase contract such as a contingency for financing, home inspection, septic, underground contamination, radon, well water, lead paint, CLUE, etc. 

Foreclosures (MA: RE28RC12/NH: E1204) Learn the nuts and bolts of the foreclosure process. Find out credit and financing requirements for buyers, finding and buying foreclosures, types of financing available, and provisions. You will also learn about the foreclosure process, tax consequences, listing and valuing the property as well as risks.
