Gain a better understanding of typcial insect damage found in older homes as well as other issues such as asbestos, vermiculite, old slate, and knob and tubing wires. Learn how to avoid liabilities and being held accountable for misrepresentations. Lots of photos and diagrams!

Lead Paint (MA: RE20R13/NH: E1775) Learn how to fill out the lead paint disclosure forms as well as the basics of the RRP laws and the history of lead, the fines for not complying with the disclosure laws, the difference between deleaded and lead compliant house. The fines for REALTOR® non-compliance can be $11,000 per violation!
