The Northeast Association of REALTORS® in conjunction with Innovative Real Estate Training present New Hampshire Core! NH Core provides a refresher on the must-know rules applying to real estate professionals. It also highlights recent changes to the state's license law and key rulings by the New Hampshire Real Estate Commission.

Meet Your Instructor: Jay McGillicuddy 
Jay has been a licensed New Hampshire real estate broker since 1984 and has twice been honored as REALTOR® of the Year for his local board. Jay was the 2004 President of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® and a two-time recipient of the president’s award for outstanding service. Jay currently teaches the pre-licensing salesperson courses, social media workshops, and the New Hampshire CORE, as well as lists and sells real estate.

**In order to maintain your New Hampshire Real Estate License, you are required to take 3 hours of New Hampshire Core every 2 years.
