Code of Ethics Training - (2 MA & NH Credits) 

This course meets the requirement of NAR’s mandatory triennial ethics training and offers two hours of continuing education credits good for MA (RE33RC11) and NH (Real Estate Brokerage Professional Ethics).

According to MA Licensing Regulations, you must be present for all 2.5 hours to earn credit.

Professional Standards Process  

Gain insight into the functions and responsibilities of the:

• Grievance Committee, Professional Standards Committee, Board of Directors
• Learn the duties of an arbitration or ethics panelist
• Go through procedures and possible results of hearings
• Investigate factors considered in the determination of procuring cause
