This class is an overview of real estate laws, rules and regulations. We will discuss agency laws and disclosure requirements, apartment rental disclosure forms, sex offender registry, consumer protection laws, anti-trust laws, escrow rules, rental regulations and security deposit laws, license requirements for salesperson vs broker, etc.

CE Requirements: According to MA Licensing Regulations, you must be present for the entire two hours to earn credit. In order to remain your Massachusetts Real Estate License, you are required to take 12 hours of Continuing Education credits every 2 years. Credit earned for this course from the Northeast Associations of REALTORS® can be applied to Massachusetts credits only.
