** Cancelled **Remine Basics (10:00am-12:00pm) Remine is a property intelligence platform that combines data from MLS PIN and other sources into a comprehensive map-based property search. Attendees will learn how to use Remine’s “Starter Plan” features (included with your MLS PIN subscription) to search for property information, to create carts for tracking and sharing property details and for sending targeted emails to a farm area, and to create a contact database for interacting with customers through Remine.
Pinergy Listing Management (12:30pm-2:30pm) This class will give you an in-depth look at how to enter and manage your listings within Pinergy. We will review the basics of listing input, photo management, and some of MLS PIN’s Rules & Regulations pertaining to listing management. Included is a visual walk-thru of posting your listings to popular social media sites such as Facebook.
