9:00 AM - 3:30 PM Code of Ethics and Professional Standards
Once you select your registration type: Attendees wanting to take Code of Ethics only should choose the Code of Ethics Only option in the drop-down menu. Those attendees will be required to be on the meeting from 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM. For attendees who want to take both, choose the Code of Ethics and Pro Standards option from the drop down menu. Those attendees will be required to be on the meeting for the full day.
When's lunch? We'll be bringing in pizza and salad for lunch after the Code portion concludes, but feel free to bring your own should you prefer. We have a refrigerator and microwave available.

This course meets the requirement of NAR’s mandatory biennial ethics training and offers two hours of continuing education credits good for MA.
Professional Standards
- Gain insight into the functions and responsibilities of the:
- Grievance Committee
- Professional Standards Committee
- Board of Directors
- Learn the duties of an arbitration or ethics panelist
- Go through procedures and possible results of hearings
- Investigate factors considered in the determination of procuring cause
Instructor: Linda Kody
Code Requirements: According to MA Licensing Regulations, you must be present for the entire two hours to earn credit. In order to remain your Massachusetts Real Estate License, you are required to take 12 hours of Continuing Education credits every 2 years. Credit earned for this course from the Northeast Associations of REALTORS® can be applied to Massachusetts credits only.
