Real Estate Instructor Training 2026

Description

Course Overview: 

• This course will guide you through different teaching formats, styles, and methods of effective and engaging instructors. Through the demonstration of different training tools, development of platform skills, and expert advice on how to deliver standard courses and create original material for delivery, you’ll maximize your opportunities for interactive skill training. 
• Open to everyone, this course is ideal for anyone interested in leading seminars or educational programs. It may also meet instructor training requirements in states outside of Massachusetts– please verify with your state's Real Estate Commission. 
• In Massachusetts, this course satisfies the 30-hour training requirement needed to apply for Instructor Approval for continuing education courses. Additional requirements for obtaining an instructor license listed below.

Who can be a Massachusetts Continuing Education (CE) Real Estate Instructor? 

• Must hold a current Massachusetts broker license. 
• Have a minimum of two years of work experience as a real estate broker involving at least 25 hours per week.
• Co-taught or audited the curriculum in an authorized school before they may teach it. 
• Must have a minimum of 30 hours of instruction in an instructor training program.

Minimum Enrollment 

• This course requires a minimum number of attendees to proceed. If the minimum enrollment is not met, we will issue a full refund for the course fee. 

Course Work Expectations 

• This course includes an additional 10 hours of required pre- and post-coursework to enhance your learning experience. Lunch will be provided.
